If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your request, investigate corrections and manage relevant correspondence.
Do not send passwords, payment details, Amazon account credentials or other sensitive information through the contact route.
3. Information processed when you visit
The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time, error information and security logs. These records are controlled by the hosting and server configuration and are retained according to the provider's operational and legal requirements.
SellerProfitGuide uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Depending on the configuration and your browser or consent settings, Google may process information about pages viewed, interactions, device and browser characteristics and approximate location. Google Analytics data is used for aggregate website measurement and should not include names, email addresses, passwords or Amazon account credentials.
4. Calculator and interactive tools
The Amazon FBA profit calculator processes the figures you enter in your browser to produce an estimate. The current calculator script does not send those entries to SellerProfitGuide. Do not enter personal, financial-account or Amazon login information into the calculator.
Calculator results are estimates and are not stored as personal profiles by SellerProfitGuide through the calculator page.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies required for analytics, security or third-party services. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure website use. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect features provided by third parties.
No newsletter signup is currently active on this website. This policy explains our current data practices in plain terms. It is not legal advice. We'll update it as our tools, analytics, and email provider change.
6. Third-party services and links

Email correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a correction record, resolve a dispute or meet legal and operational requirements. Hosting and analytics records are retained according to the relevant service configuration and provider policies.
We do not keep calculator entries as a personal record through the calculator page.
